We can all agree that dealing with a "broken" appliance is a stressful pain in the butt!!!! But when you have TWO broken and have to deal with service repair this has been the BEST PLACE I have found. From my first call (this time anyway) to Marie then to Jeremy coming to diagnose issues with fridge & washer, I was very impressed. His work & overall knowledge is great. His people skills & personality actually made it less painful $$ wise. Lol. I would never consider using anyone but Kelly & her wonderful team. They made me feel like Family and in today's world we all could use more of that????

Cook Appliance Service came out and fixed my oven the same day. The technician (I forgot his name) was very nice and professional. He was able to run out and get the part we needed and return to fix my oven within a couple of hours. I will use them again for any appliance repairs I may need in the future.

Jeff, the service technician was a life saver. He tried to find the part I needed for my Maytag washer. Unfortunately, they don't make the needed part anymore. He advised me of a new and used appliance business close to my home. He definitely saved me a lot of money. He only charged me $80 for the service call and diagnostics of my Maytag washer. I highly recommend Cook Appliance Repair. As well as service appliances, they service heating and air conditioners too! I will definitely call them in the future as needed. They are honest, dependable, and professional. They try to help their customers by not charging an arm-and-a-leg. They realize the value of a dollar. Just give them a call. I have been using this company for over 20+ years for all my big appliances and they are professional courteous and do not charge an arm and a leg to get some thing repaired. I recently had a washer repair on July 15 Jeremy came to my home knew exactly what he was doing was very courteous and friendly. Also received a follow up call the following Monday, July 18 to see how my washer was doing. Will always continue to use them for my big appliances.
